MANILA -- Malacañang said Monday online cockfighting activities still need to be reported to the government's pandemic task force.
The government's inter-agency task force (IATF) on pandemic response has yet to lift the ban on cockfighting (sabong) even as most of the country transitioned to more relaxed community quarantines.
(That has to be reported to the IATF.)
(Proponents of online cockfighting, please write a letter to the IATF.)
The Department of the Interior and Local Government earlier said that cockpit arenas are still prohibited from operating even in areas under general community quarantine and modified GCQ.
