The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (Pagcor) has added two more E-Sabong operators Bilyonaryo Albee Benitez’s Sabong International PH (under Visayas Cockers Club) and party-list congressman Patrick Antonio’s “Encuentro Live!” (under E-Sports Encuentro Live) have been given licenses by Pagcor.
The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (Pagcor) has added two more E-Sabong operators Bilyonaryo Albee Benitez’s Sabong International PH (under Visayas Cockers Club) and party-list congressman Patrick Antonio’s “Encuentro Live!” (under E-Sports Encuentro Live) have been given licenses by Pagcor.
This brings to four the total number of E-Sabong operators in the country as of June 2021.
Gaming tycoons Charlie “Atong” Ang (“Pitmasters Live” under Lucky 8 Star Quest) and Bong Pineda (“Sabong Express” under Belvedere Vista) have been previously granted a license to offer off-site wagering on cockfighting events streamed live from cockpit arenas under the supervision of local government units.
Based on Pagcor’s rules, each E-Sabong operator is required to put up a P75 million bond and fixed regulatory fee of P12,500 per fight or P75 million per month (at 200 fights per day excluding fights that end up in a draw).
